Clinquest Group, B.V. is the parent corporation of a Product Development Organization with operations in the United States and Europe. Clinquest, Inc. (Boston-area, USA) and Clinquest Europe, B.V. (Oss, The Netherlands) are the wholly-owned corner stones of Clinquest Group. As a whole, Clinquest Group has the capabilities to provide a full array of international consulting and implementation services for the entire product development life-cycle.
Clinquest provides the following international product development services:
- Multi-national clinical trial implementation throughout the US and Europe
- Regionalized regulatory strategy and management
- Clinical trial material importation support
- Global product development strategic consulting
Additionally, Clinquest is a U.S. Agent for foreign establishments, in accordance with section 417 of the FDA Modernization Act of 1997. As a U.S. Agent, we provide our clients with the following services:
- Assist the FDA in communications with the foreign establishment.
- Respond to questions from the FDA concerning the products marketed in the United States by the foreign establishment.
- Assist the FDA in scheduling inspections of the foreign establishment.
